Two workers members and a bus driver at Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have examined optimistic for Covid-19. They have been remoted from the remainder of the crew. The crew has cancelled their apply session forward of Wednesday’s match in opposition to Rajasthan Royals at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. CSK have been primarily based in Delhi for the second leg of their IPL 2021 matches. They have performed two matches on the Arun Jaitely Stadium – in opposition to SunRisers Hyderabad on April 28 and in opposition to Mumbai Indians on May 1. CSK moved for Delhi from Mumbai, the place they performed their first leg of video games. Both Delhi and Mumbai have been cities with heavy Covid-19 caseload.
This is the second incident inside the span of a day when gamers or workers members at IPL groups have examined optimistic for the virus. Earlier on Monday, two Kolkata Knight Riders gamers Varun Chakravarthy and Sandeep Warrier examined optimistic for Covid-19 resulting in the postponement of Monday’s match between KKR and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
