A bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde handed the order on a plea searching for rapid launch of detained Rohingya refugees in Jammu and a route to restrain the Centre from deporting them to Myanmar.

The Centre had earlier opposed the plea saying that the nation can not be the “capital” for unlawful immigrants.
